190 Reinforcing Fabric

SikaTile®-190 Reinforcing Fabric is a high-performance, type II, flexible, durable, nonwoven, polyester engineered fabric for optional use with SikaTile®-100 Moisture Guard when installed under ceramic tile or stone on residential and commercial interior applications and is used to reinforce liquid waterproof membranes.  SikaTile®-190 Reinforcing Fabric is ideal for use over areas such as cracks, coves, corners, and areas around drains when used with SikaTile®-100 Moisture Guard and can easily be cut to size with scissors or a razor knife, and easily incorporated in the liquid membrane.

825 Epoxy Grout

SikaTile®-825 Epoxy Grout is a premium, Epoxy Grout and Mortar with Colored Quartz.  It is a three-component, 100%-solids, epoxy grout and mortar formulated for non-sag and non-slump in joints from 1/16″ (1.5mm) up to 3/8″ (10 mm) in width, water-cleanable and easy to apply. SikaTile®-825 Epoxy Grout uses colored quartz instead of pigment to achieve color consistency, making it excellent for countertops, high-traffic areas, and areas needing stain and chemical resistance.

FAST DRYING ELASTOMERIC WATERPROOFING AND CRACK ISOLATION MEMBRANE

100 Moisture Guard is a single component, fast-drying, thin mil, load-bearing waterproofing, and crack isolation membrane for installation under ceramic tile or stone in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. With excellent elongation, adhesion, and high strength properties, SikaTile®-100 Moisture Guard provides a thin, continuous barrier to protect adjacent rooms and floors below from water damage. For common change of plane areas such as coves, corners, cracks, and drains, it can be combined with optional Reinforcing Fabric to provide additional protection. SikaTile®-100 Moisture Guard dries in 2 to 4 hours depending on ambient conditions and is then ready to receive any Sika polymer or epoxy mortar. SikaTile®-100 Moisture Guard is IAPMO-listed for use as a shower-pan liner, can be flood-tested after 4 to 6 hours of drying time, and exceeds ANSI A118.10 and ANSI A118.12 standards.
